What I'm looking for

I'm looking to learn, build, and share practical ways to use AI responsibly. I'm especially interested in honest work on AI, institutional risk, governance, and responsibility, where careful questions and verified results matter.

I've spent 25 years working in law across government, public institutions, and the corporate sector, with much of my work focused on regulation, governance, and institutional responsibility. My current focus is AI: making it genuinely useful and used for good.

At Haileybury Astana, I provide legal counsel to an international school operating under British educational standards, supporting board governance, regulatory coordination, compliance, contracts, and risk-aware institutional procedures.

As Chief of Staff at Samruk-Kazyna Construction, I supervised finance, legal, IT, HR, and public relations for the national Comfortable Schools project. I helped secure legal packages for 60 school sites, coordinated feedback from around 100 schools, supported e-Qurylys monitoring, and managed engagement with the Presidential Administration, Government Office, ministries, and audit bodies.

Previously, I led large public institutions and executive teams, including the Ministry of Education's central apparatus and district and regional administrations. I ask good questions, look for honest answers, check results carefully, and share what I learn with others working at the intersection of AI, law, and public responsibility.
