At EnterpriseDB Software India Private Limited, I led engineering for observability capabilities across EDB's enterprise PostgreSQL platforms. I built DBaaS Observability capabilities from inception, establishing the team, engineering foundations, and platform capabilities supporting BigAnimal.

I also led engineering development and production delivery of EDB Hybrid Manager, and drove database and AI platform initiatives including AIDB Visual Pipeline Builder and asset-library capabilities. I led a globally distributed team and improved engineering productivity by 10–12% year over year.

I'm extending this work through an Agent Reliability Platform and open-source Python SDK for production AI-agent reliability and governance. I took the SDK from architecture through GA release, with agent instrumentation, SLO evaluation, and OpenTelemetry interoperability.
