What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a backend-focused role where I can build scalable microservices, strengthen cloud deployments and CI/CD, and own architecture decisions—while mentoring engineers and maintaining clean-code standards in an agile delivery culture.

I’m a results-driven Senior Software Engineer with over 6 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems for fintech, e-commerce, and enterprise platforms. I focus on delivering high-impact solutions using Java (8–21), Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS services.

In my recent Technical Backend Lead role at Tkxel, I designed and implemented a Domain-Driven Design (DDD) architecture for scalable microservices. I integrated Keycloak for secure multi-tenant authentication and authorization, built event-driven communication with MQTT and AWS SQS, created database schemas, and standardized microservice boilerplate templates to accelerate delivery and consistency.

Previously, as a Senior Software Engineer at Tkxel for Moniepoint (Nigeria), I worked on stabilizing payments, adding recurring and bulk transfer transactions, notifications jobs, and reconciliation pipelines. I also built a CRM system from scratch to support customer workflows, while managing microservices, APIs, databases, JIRA execution, and Kubernetes pods across dev and staging using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

I also lead engineering work on backend APIs and AWS integrations for enterprise compliance platforms, including migrating applications from Java 8 to Java 15. Across all roles, I’m passionate about clean code, performance optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring junior developers to drive continuous improvement in agile environments.
