I've spent 19+ years reviewing broadcast and OTT content for legal, regulatory, reputational, and audience-safety risks. I work with Programming, Editorial, and Production teams on practical edits, disclaimers, script changes, ratings, and descriptors that balance compliance with creative and business objectives.
Previously at STAR India, I supported Bangla programming across STAR Jalsha, Jalsha Movies, Star Sports Bangla, and Disney+ Hotstar, including international content ratings and localized Bengali dubs. I also reviewed digital, PR, and marketing communications and trained cross-functional teams on compliance workflows.
My foundation in television production—including producing, directing, and post-production—helps me collaborate effectively from script through delivery while reducing rework and regulatory exposure.
