I’m a Content Moderator with hands-on experience supporting social media operations while maintaining strong quality and compliance standards. I’m motivated by work that respects standards and helps teams resolve issues efficiently.

At Accenture, I handled audit calls, provided resolution to my team, and scrubbing the cases as required. I supported daily and weekly status report publication to higher management and ensured daily targets were met without fail.

My moderation work has covered sensitive safety and policy categories, including minor safety, adult nudity & sexual activity, illegal & authenticity, hateful behavior, violent extremism, illegal activities & regulated goods, suicide/self-harm & dangerous acts, and harassment & bullying. I consistently followed guideline adherence to deliver reliable outcomes.

Before that, I completed internships at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and Doordarshan Kendra Guwahati, gaining experience with security implementation in data communication networks and industrial training on a television broadcasting system. I’m now looking to apply my management mindset, operational discipline, and accuracy in a challenging environment with upward mobility.
