What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply forecasting and supplier management to improve availability, work cross-functionally, drive continuous improvement, and manage seasonal/new-product launches.

I am an analytical, detail-orientated Demand Planner with six years' experience in forecasting, supply chain coordination and data-driven inventory management. At Whitbread I developed and managed demand forecasts achieving 98% product availability, led cross-functional stakeholder reviews, managed crisis stock during depot shutdowns, and supported the successful reopening of 800 hotels and restaurants after COVID lockdowns.

I combine strong Excel expertise with supplier and 3PL management, procurement administration and operational escalation skills to minimise stock risk and improve service levels.
