I am a senior backend engineer with deep experience designing and operating high-throughput, reliable services for large-scale consumer platforms. I focus on pragmatic architecture, safe rollouts, and building systems that balance performance with operational simplicity.

At Shopee I re-architected notification storage to dramatically reduce in-memory cache usage in a 1M QPS system and led a careful migration strategy to avoid production disruptions. I built unified storage layers, CRUD APIs, and maintained Kafka-based event processing for a high-throughput notification platform.

Most recently at Jampack I owned order modification workflows across hotels, tickets, and add-ons, and designed QR Code Quick Pass for item- and order-level redemption. I also designed an event-driven SMS Blast service with idempotency controls, distributed locking, and bounded retries to ensure reliable delivery at scale.

I hold an M.S. in Data Engineering and a B.S. in Computer Science, and I bring a practical, outcome-oriented approach to backend system design, performance optimization, and cross-team collaboration.
