I’m looking for an HR Operations/Recruitment role where I can own end-to-end hiring, manage ATS workflows, support high-volume roles, work with global clients, and keep improving process quality through training and collaboration.

I’m a results-driven HR Operations Executive with hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience— from sourcing and screening to coordination, follow-ups, and delivery. I’m known for handling domestic and global client requirements while maintaining precision in high-volume hiring workflows.

At Spectral Consultants (Jan 2024 – Mar 2026), I sourced candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, and Hirist, and managed 200,000+ candidate records. I run ATS workflows using Ceipal and Zoho Recruit, including screening calls, shortlisting support, and keeping hiring processes moving with strong client communication.
