What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own workplace and facilities design standards, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver concept-to-construction outcomes that improve user experience, meet budgets and schedules, and strengthen sustainability and long-term maintenance.

I’m an NCIDQ Certified interior designer and Facilities Design Manager with 8+ years leading large-scale interior design initiatives across workplace environments, campus projects, and branded spaces. I bring a thoughtful, user-focused approach to translating requirements into functional, visually cohesive environments—while keeping sustainability and long-term maintenance top of mind.

At Duke University, I lead the development and implementation of University-wide interior design standards to drive consistency, quality, and alignment with institutional branding and maintenance goals. As Design Manager, I direct space planning strategies (programming, test fits, conceptual layouts), facilitate stakeholder engagement through surveys and workshops, and coordinate schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and resolve field conditions.

Previously at Epic Games, I established company-wide architectural and interior design standards across global offices and production spaces, collaborating with architecture, MEP, AV/IT/security teams to reduce clashes and meet functional needs. I also owned end-to-end delivery for new facilities, achieved 20–30% under budget by managing procurement and installation oversight, and negotiated FF&E vendor contracts for 40–60% cost savings—always with a focus on operational handoff and a strong user experience.
