At Salem Sports Events, I develop custom hospitality, sports, commercial, and event environments from concept through execution. I create space plans, 3D renderings, material selections, FF&E specifications, and construction details, working with manufacturing and project teams to develop buildable solutions.
As one of the company's first interior designers, I contributed to establishing and growing the department through design standards, workflows, and resource libraries. I also train and support designers, lead internal design reviews, and help coordinate the team’s daily work.
