At JT Design & Present, I conduct prospect outreach to introduce consulting, training, and professional development services. I connect with prospective clients by phone and email, learn about their needs, and schedule qualified discovery calls.
At Ascension, I schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and route referral requests to the appropriate department or clinic. I also maintain patient records in the electronic health record system while following HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
I operate Lovely Love Nuptials by Kae, managing client inquiries, consultations, scheduling, contracts, and invoicing. I also write customized wedding ceremony scripts based on each couple’s preferences, traditions, family involvement, and desired tone.
My administrative experience includes supporting residential services at The Guest House of Milwaukee and managing front desk operations at Easy Life Living Facility. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Entertainment Management from University of Southern Mississippi and an Associate’s Degree in Childcare Education from Hinds Community College.
