I am a results-driven nursing professional and leader with extensive experience managing clinical teams, programs, and contracts across remote and facility-based settings. I have a consistent track record of improving compliance, quality, and operational outcomes while leading cross-functional staff and stakeholders.

In my most recent role as Contract Manager supporting workers' compensation operations, I managed contract compliance, performance reporting, grievance resolution, and training initiatives, while previously leading triage and case management teams. I also directed day-to-day operations for multiple neurological rehabilitation facilities, retained CARF accreditation, and led quality and performance-improvement activities.

I bring strong interpersonal skills, healthcare advocacy, staff development expertise, and a detail-oriented, data-informed approach to process improvement.
