What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a US GAAP finance role where I can lead month-end close, financial reporting, and FP&A while strengthening SOX controls and audit readiness in a shared-services environment, collaborating globally and improving processes with a results-focused team.

I’m a Finance & Accounting professional with 13+ years of experience across Financial Reporting, Accounting Operations, Shared Services (GBS), and Compliance, including 5+ years supporting US GAAP-based multinational organizations. I lead month-end and year-end close, consolidate P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, and deliver variance analysis and management reporting with strong attention to accuracy and controls.

I’ve supported global operations across the USA, Germany, and Mexico while driving process improvements across General Ledger accounting, reconciliations, AR/AP, intercompany reconciliations, and working capital management. I also strengthen governance through SOX compliance and audit readiness, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to meet SLAs and KPIs and mentoring team members to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
