I’m a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented Associate Accounting professional, and I’ve built 14+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting. I focus on applying quantitative and analytical skills to strengthen financial planning, forecasting, metric reporting, and alignment with company financial goals.

In my recent role as Assistant Manager – Finance and accounts with QX Global group Private Limited (Aug 2023 to present) and as Lead – Finance with Rialcee Private ltd (Nov 2010 to July 2023), I’ve owned month-end closing, ensured general ledger entries are complete and accurate, and maintained month-end checklists. I deliver financial packages and provide comments for variances appearing in GL accounts.

I’m strong in financial reporting and controlling: variance analysis, monthly/quarterly/year-end financial statement preparation, balance sheet reconciliation review, and preparation/review of accruals, deferrals, prepayment and amortization entries. I also support operational performance by analyzing Net met KPIs and improving reporting levels with different departments.

I bring governance and people leadership through SOX requirements, internal controls, and cooperation with internal and external auditors as requested by the Controller. I’ve trained and guided new hires, monitored team performance, and worked with quality teams to find areas where automation is possible and to drive process improvement—while handling client calls for month close feedback.
