I’m looking for a finance leadership role where I can own US GAAP financial reporting and FP&A, strengthen SOX-compliant controls, and improve month-end close and accounting operations in a global/shared-services setup.

I’m a Finance & Accounting professional with 13+ years of experience across financial reporting, accounting operations, shared services (GBS), and compliance, including 5+ years supporting US GAAP-based multinational organizations. I’m known for delivering accurate month-end and year-end close results, reconciliations, and stakeholder-ready reporting.

In US GAAP environments, I’ve led end-to-end finance operations for global teams across USA, Germany, and Mexico—consolidating P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, driving variance analysis, and supporting FP&A through budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. I also strengthen cash and working-capital management through AR/AP, intercompany reconciliations, and cash flow support.

I bring strong governance with SOX compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and statutory compliance, while mentoring teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with SLAs and KPIs. I’ve worked across ERP tools such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, and Xero, using advanced Excel and process improvement to increase financial accuracy.
