I want a remote-friendly role where I can own U.S. GAAP close and controllership, drive SOX compliance, partner with auditors globally, and deliver fast, accurate reporting with strong controls and continuous process improvement.

I’m a CPA (U.S.) and CA (India) with 10+ years of experience in U.S. corporate accounting, controllership, and audits across technology, hospitality, and manufacturing. I manage U.S. GAAP accounting, SOX compliance, and financial close cycles remotely, with a proven track record of delivering fast (3–4 day) close cycles.

I’m hands-on across General Ledger accounting and key close activities—accruals, allocations, IUS/CCA, investments, treasury operations, reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit-ready PBC schedules. I partner with internal and external auditors across regions, strengthen controls by aligning treasury processes with board-approved policies, and improve cash-flow controls (including identifying duplicate vendor payments and implementing a recovery process).
