What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can provide confidential, high-accuracy medical (and related) interpreting in high-stakes, ethically guided environments—using remote or on-site services, cultural fluency, and sustained concentration to support patients and proceedings.

I’m a native Telugu speaker and a PhD scholar in Translation Studies, with extensive freelance interpreting experience since 2015 across medical, legal, academic, governmental, and conference settings. I bring professional discipline, neutrality, and a strong ethical foundation to emotionally and procedurally complex interactions.

Since February 2025, I’ve been an active Medical Interpreter with THG Fluently, delivering sensitive, protocol-aligned communication between healthcare providers and Telugu-speaking patients while maintaining strict confidentiality. I’m also certified in Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (Interprefy, 2020) and Telephone Interpreting (Ablio, 2020), so I can support teams whether assignments are remote or on-site.

My background includes consecutive legal/investigative interpreting (including a 3-hour prosecutor–trafficking victim interview), court interpreting, government–victim communication, and international academic simultaneous interpreting.
