I am a results-driven supply chain and operations executive with over 19 years of leadership experience optimizing operational processes and driving cost reductions. I lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced manufacturing and retail environments, focusing on measurable improvements in productivity and on-time delivery.

At Midway Products Group (PPI) I manage procurement, transportation, storage and distribution of materials, oversee MRP demand planning for a Tier 1 automotive plant, and lead 50+ employees to achieve a rolling 12-month 100% OEM scorecard while improving OTD to 98.5% and reducing safety incidents by 32%.

Previously I built pricing agreements with Fortune 500 clients, developed customer onboarding programs, partnered with engineering to reduce waste and improve margins, and grew B2B sales to $3M in the first year as a regional sales manager.
