What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and ship AI-native operational systems in complex logistics—bridging real workflow rigor with agent orchestration, local inference, and measurable execution. I do my best work with operators and engineers who value precision and calm delivery.

I’m an operations leader and AI systems builder with deep expertise in maritime logistics and complex workflow management. I founded Nauti-Labs LLC to solve real operational problems in an industry that’s often stuck in 2010.

At Nauti-Labs, I engineer and ship an AI-native maritime operations platform for vessel agents managing port calls, CBP compliance, and berth logistics on the Houston Ship Channel. I designed and shipped Triton, an AI agent orchestration platform with fleet health monitoring, human-in-the-loop command approval, PIN-verified execution, and PWA mobile support.

I also built Nauti-Vision for real-time visual intelligence using WebRTC and computer vision, and developed NVI (Nauti Visual Intelligence) to scan and classify processes, connections, and AI agents running on infrastructure in real time. I integrate autonomous AI agents (Ollama / Qwen) with local inference infrastructure to keep operations zero-cloud-dependency.

Previously, I managed the full port-call lifecycle as Maritime Operations Manager at Texas Marine Agency (TMA), handling pre-arrival coordination, berth rotation strategy, CBP documentation, tonnage tax receipts, and terminal scheduling. I co-engineered app.texasmarineagency.info over 5 years, built for precision decision-making that clients treated as final—then I was recruited directly by the President of Moran Shipping after my departure.
