What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building my career in financial operations, client onboarding, compliance, and risk control, where I can apply KYC/AML knowledge, resolve complex account issues, and support strong client experiences.

At TD Canada Trust, I manage onboarding for complex personal and non-personal lending and investment accounts while applying KYC, AML, and CIRO compliance requirements.

I've prepared and reviewed credit applications, maintained client profiles, processed registered products including TFSAs and RRSPs, and supported high-volume transaction operations. I investigate account discrepancies, transaction holds, and digital platform issues while monitoring cash activity for unusual patterns and required reporting.

I earned a promotion from Customer Experience Associate to full-time Personal Banking Associate within 16 months. I also train new Customer Experience Associates on core banking software, transaction accuracy, and compliance standards.

Outside the branch, I've supported event security and logistics for 1,000+ attendees and led weekly youth programs focused on communication, team building, and conflict resolution. I'm fluent in English and Korean.
