Prior to this, I served as a Senior Customer Service representative at Make The Right Call, where I provided IT support for an e-commerce platform. My responsibilities included remote troubleshooting, client liaison, and training staff on application usage. My experience at HKT further solidified my skills in guiding customers through technical issues and ensuring their satisfaction. I am passionate about leveraging my technical skills to enhance user experiences and streamline IT processes.
