I'm looking to lead internal audit, compliance, risk, and governance functions where I can strengthen controls, manage regulatory risks, and drive implementation of practical corrective actions.

I lead compliance assessments, internal audit, risk management, and corrective-action processes at Namibia Dairies, working with management, Group Compliance, and regulatory bodies to close control gaps.

Across NIPDB, NamPost, NamPort, and NamWater, I have developed audit plans, compliance risk management plans, risk registers, whistleblowing policy, investigations, and governance reporting over more than 17 years.
