I am an operations, logistics, and compliance professional with over 13 years' experience supporting high-risk mining operations, warehousing, export processes, and vocational training. I combine practical plant operations know-how with structured logistics and compliance management to drive performance.

At Swakop Uranium I led uranium recovery plant operations, implemented a downtime tracking system, supported RCA investigations, and acted as Team Leader to improve shift coordination and export alignment. My team achieved Best Performing Production Team for three consecutive months.

Previously I led warehouse operations at Ohorongo Cement, reducing inventory variances through stronger reconciliation and control systems. I also develop and deliver competency-based TVET training and NQF-aligned course materials to strengthen SME and community capacity.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Logistics Management, multiple logistics and leadership diplomas and certifications, and am a Chartered Manager (CMgr). I focus on building systems that improve visibility, efficiency, compliance, and measurable operational outcomes.
