What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote healthcare administration or executive support role where I can improve scheduling, EMR workflows, insurance coordination, and daily operations for clinical teams.

At Power Center Physical Therapy, I manage 400–500 daily appointments through QuickEMR, verify insurance coverage for around 30 patients each day, and maintain accurate clinical records for 30–50 patients daily.

I also provide caregiving and personal administrative support, coordinating medical appointments, wellness protocols, and emergency response using CPR and first aid training.
