At Nokia Saudi Arabia (JV), I manage end-to-end Remote Site Supervision delivery for STC, Mobily, Zain, and Saudi Aramco projects, from site survey and civil works through installation and handover. In the last 12 months, the RSS team delivered 8,289 remote site sessions, with nearly 2,500 sites completed with PAT.
I lead a direct team of around 20 engineers and oversee more than 200 subcontractor personnel across 20 subcontractors. I also track quality and safety defects, conduct audits, and guide field teams in process automation and QA/QC compliance.
