What I'm looking for

I seek roles that let me apply case-management and client-communication skills, support legal or policy work, and offer growth in public service or law.

I am a motivated Political Science undergraduate with hands-on experience supporting legal teams and serving customers in fast-paced retail environments. I have managed high-volume caseloads, conducted client intake, and prepared immigration forms while maintaining strict confidentiality.

In retail roles, I consistently delivered exceptional customer service to large daily volumes, met promotional targets, and adapted across departments to support operations. I bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and bilingual fluency in Spanish.

I am pursuing further academic and professional development in public policy and law, and I seek roles where I can apply my case management, communication, and analytical skills to support clients and contribute to team success.
