I'm a data and automation specialist who builds practical tools to replace manual, error-prone data work. My background is in electronic engineering, and I've applied that problem-solving mindset to business data/dashboards, CRM systems and reconciliation workflows.
In my current role in a procurement and labour-hire team, I handle invoice reconciliation, purchase order processing and data quality. I built a Python tool (pdfplumber, openpyxl) that extracts and reconciles invoice data across 11 different supplier formats, and I build Power Query ETL pipelines that turn large SharePoint datasets into automated reconciliation reports. I work closely with finance, operations and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and identify what's worth automating next.
Before that, I spent several years at Rockwell Automation in CRM administration, including acting as the regional point of contact for Dynamics 365 across QLD and NSW, and building SharePoint and Power BI reporting.
I'm now deepening my SQL and workflow automation skills (n8n, Airflow) to move into remote data and AI automation roles. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish.
