At Lincoln International, I led and supported 8+ technology M&A transactions with a cumulative value of €1bn+, across SaaS, IaaS, and IT services. I built financial and strategic analyses to assess investment cases and help clients make decisions.
I also developed C-suite-ready materials for boards, investors, and executive teams, and coordinated due diligence and deal execution through closing. My work included contributing to negotiation strategy and tailoring analysis frameworks to each client’s context.
At EpochAssocies, I translated hands-on deal execution into an M&A operating system built around agent specifications and human-in-the-loop controls. I decomposed the deal lifecycle into auditable agents and orchestrated them with LangGraph and OpenRouter.
Outside my deal work, I explore agentic software engineering and automation. I’ve developed DeFi arbitrage bots and a semantic matching pipeline for Polymarket and Kalshi, and I use tools including Claude Code, Antigravity, Docker, Codex, and Python.
