What I'm looking for

I'm looking to keep building reliable large-scale cloud and Linux platforms, using automation, observability, and ITIL-driven incident management. I value fully remote, multicultural teams where I can contribute to infrastructure modernization and grow my Terraform, Terragrunt, ArgoCD, and Python practice.

At CSG Systems International, I sustain high availability for Interactive Messaging platforms across private cloud, Azure, and AWS, supporting SMS, IVR, and omnichannel notifications for telecom and broadband providers. I migrated hundreds of legacy Swatch alerts into Grafana alert rules, automate recurring work with Azure DevOps and Bash, and lead Tier-2/3 incident response through root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.

Across Softtek, TCS, IBM Colombia, and earlier enterprise infrastructure roles, I've operated Linux estates from hundreds to thousands of servers across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, VMware ESXi, IBM PowerVM, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. I bring 16+ years of production operations, ITIL-driven service management, and hands-on automation with Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, and Bash while developing Terraform, Terragrunt, ArgoCD, and Python.
