What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead platform reliability and cloud-native delivery—owning CI/CD, GitOps, governance, and observability—so teams can ship faster with secure, resilient, well-run infrastructure.

I’m a Senior DevOps and Cloud Engineer with 15+ years across IT, and 7 years building and improving cloud-native platforms, CI/CD systems, and SRE practices in regulated environments. I bring hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes on AKS, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitOps with Argo CD, service mesh with Istio, and observability with Grafana/Thanos and OpenTelemetry.

Across my recent roles, I’ve led platform reliability and delivery acceleration by translating assessments into execution-ready roadmaps, governance controls, and automation. At EPAM, I owned evolution of a large multi-tenant Kubernetes platform (100+ nodes), improved incident response through runbooks and alert triage, and led an Americas on-call rotation as part of a team of 5 SREs. At ENDA VA, I drove delivery workflow maturity, strengthened Azure DevOps governance to reduce release friction, and delivered PR/preview environments using GitHub Actions, Kubernetes manifests, Argo CD, and Terraform—plus hardening upgrades (RBAC, Network Policies, scanning) to reduce risk.
