What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an international HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting role where I can apply my experience working with people, communication skills, and academic background in Psychology.

At Red Balloon, I teach English to children and adolescents in individual and group settings, adapting my approach to different profiles and needs.

I work with students, families, and colleagues, and conduct parent meetings to share feedback on student progress. Communicating in Portuguese and English has also supported my work with students and families from diverse backgrounds.

I maintain student records and progress documentation using Google Drive and Google Sheets. As a Psychology student at Universidade Paulista, UNIP, I’m preparing to transition into international HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting.
