I'm Julian Albino, a dedicated cybersecurity student at Western Governors University, set to graduate in October 2025. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in cybersecurity principles, complemented by certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+. I have a keen interest in threat detection and incident response, which I have applied through various hands-on projects.

In my recent role as a Helpdesk Support Specialist at iQor, I provided technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, achieving a high first contact resolution rate. My experience includes diagnosing system errors and utilizing ticketing systems like Zendesk and Jira to ensure timely incident resolution. I also designed a phishing awareness simulation project, which allowed me to analyze engagement data and provide actionable security recommendations.

My background as a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager has honed my customer service skills and attention to detail, essential for managing sensitive client information.
