I’m a Product Manager with 4+ years as the sole PM at BRITCENT, a UK–Korea EdTech company. I started in the operations seat and automated the company’s manual systems from scratch, then grew into shipping products across web and iOS.

I bring clarity to ambiguity by validating assumptions down to hands-on QA and database checks (basic SQL). I’ve launched two 0→1 products: a web-based Daily Challenge Programme with 70%+ average mission completion and Challit, a habit-formation app shipped on iOS (Jan 2026). I also digitised manual operations into admin, tutor, and student portals, replacing workflows I had run by hand, and automated the conversion funnel from enquiry to trial to regular lessons.

On platform work, I migrated 3 fragmented services onto one SSO account system serving 5,000+ users, coordinating internal engineering and an external agency, and the system has been live for 18+ months with no critical incidents. I led an AI-driven redesign of the core revenue product without disrupting the live service—auditing accumulated policy exceptions, rebuilding them on simpler logic, and cutting the consultation workload in half. Before product, I ran lesson operations for 200+ weekly lessons as a Client Relationship Manager, using daily pain points as the starting point for the company’s digital transformation and my move into product.
