Delivered frontline customer service, assisting patients with over-the-counter advice, prescription queries, and payment processing. Supported pharmacists in the accurate preparation, labelling, and dispensing of prescriptions while maintaining strict attention to detail and safety protocols.

Completed an MSc in Genomic Medicine, including a bioinformatics thesis on whole genome sequencing data from the 100,000 Genomes Project.

Joint honours degree integrating biological sciences and psychology, focusing on the biological foundations of behaviour, genetics, evolution, and human development.
