What I'm looking for

I’m looking for part-time and casual opportunities where I can contribute my medical nutrition therapy expertise, support patient-centered nutrition care in a team environment, and continue strengthening my interpersonal and transferable skills.

I’m a Licensed Nutritionist-Dietitian focused on medical nutrition therapy, clear communication, and client-centered nutrition counseling. In my current role at a tertiary hospital, I manage rotational clinical nutrition and food service shifts, providing a comprehensive nutrition care process to 30–40 patients daily.

I build trust quickly by responding to high volumes of patient and family enquiries and explaining nutrition plans in an appropriate, easy-to-understand way. I also update dietary guidelines for counseling/education to match modern nutrition practices, while ensuring full compliance with sanitation, facility, equipment, and allergen-related tray-line meal services.

My training spans hospital dietetics, community nutrition, and public health settings, including a 600-hour clinical rotation serving 100+ patients daily and a 300-hour community nutrition internship supporting malnutrition prevention, feeding guidance, and chronic disease nutrition education. I’m also comfortable with food service operations (HACCP, FIFO, and mise-en-place) and collaborate confidently with multidisciplinary teams.
