I’m a photographer, writer, and editor who’s built my career around clear communication, careful attention to detail, and producing work people can actually use. I’ve worked across virtual support, public-facing editing, translation/editing, and creative production—always with a strong focus on accuracy.
In my virtual assistant experience with a property management company, I handled customer service and issue tracking while managing email workflows, including phishing and fraud prevention. I also managed follow-up calls for customers and property managers, supported invoice filing, and kept information organized to support smooth operations.
Earlier, I focused on editing public statements for easier readability for the general public for the Government of the State of Tlaxcala. Alongside that, I worked as a translator/editor for clients on Superprof and Craigslist, handling videos, audio files, text files, and—when requested—subtitle work for projects.
