I’m a higher education student records specialist with 10+ years of experience in academic administration, enrollment support, and registrar-related processes within graduate education. I maintain confidential student and faculty records with strong document control, data accuracy, and compliance in mind.

At Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos (UAEM), I coordinated graduate student records and administrative workflows from enrollment through re-enrollment, student status tracking, and file management. I supported grade entry and grade validation, academic standing follow-up, withdrawals and regularization processes, and cohort-based student progression, while coordinating graduation procedures and degree-exam requirements with institutional offices.

More recently, I’ve expanded into digital learning operations and LMS support. As an eLearning Operations and Administration Support Specialist, I manage records tracking, request follow-up, evidence management, and operational reporting, and I provide functional support to users in Moodle through orientation, issue follow-up, and cross-team coordination.
