At Heraeus Electro-Nite, I led PDM and PLM processes supporting engineering changes across engineering and manufacturing. I improved engineering data accuracy and BOM integrity, reducing rework and engineering errors across more than 2,000 BOMs.
As a Senior Mechanical Consultant, I design and parametrically model components and assemblies for critical Data Centers projects. I use Autodesk Inventor and Vault Professional for 3D modeling and lifecycle management, and review drawings for standards, specifications, and constructability.
At Linamar, I led the Tooling Department and managed and mentored a team of engineers and technicians. I designed and optimized tooling, fixtures, and machinery, and managed projects from concept through implementation.
At Grupo IMESA, I developed mechanical designs for custom industrial solutions, including finite element analysis and material resistance calculations. I also designed material handling equipment and specialized tooling for manufacturing.
