At World Medical Care (WMC) / World Medical Management Solutions (WMMS), I analyze requirements for Audax and travel-assistance processes, including billing, claims, memberships, plans, and benefits. I define specifications, business rules, workflows, use cases, and acceptance criteria for internal applications.
I develop solutions for memberships, invoice generation, reports, and plan administration, and integrate and validate REST APIs and Web Services. My work includes functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
At Amanda Care SAS, I led functional implementations for healthcare and corporate clients from requirements gathering through production. I designed and implemented more than 20 conversational solutions for WhatsApp using Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API and REST APIs, and supported them with UAT.
Earlier at Diagnóstico Maipú, I analyzed and supported clinical and administrative systems, integrated medical equipment with clinical systems and PACS, and resolved operational data issues. I also provided IT support and administered users, permissions, and resources with Active Directory, Windows Server, and RDP.
