At Danaide SA, I managed up to 16 projects for more than 10 clients, from discovery and requirements gathering through production launch. I defined and reviewed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria, and coordinated multidisciplinary teams.
At Natura Cosméticos, I led requirements analysis and documentation for new initiatives and improvements to existing systems. I also coordinated functional testing and helped teams implement new features and transfer knowledge.
