At the United States Army's Field Hospital, I oversee communication operations and maintain mission-critical computer networks and secure communications systems for medical staff. I also execute tactical networking equipment deployment and setup, and resolve technical issues to support data transmission.
At the Regional Support Group, I supported Army communications systems and networking, responded to customer requests, and maintained sensitive inventory items. I also cross-trained incoming Soldiers, typically 25 to 30 at a time.
At the Deployment Readiness Center, I conducted out-processing briefings for departing Soldiers and provided guidance on pay and benefits. I also maintained equipment records and coordinated transportation arrangements.
