I’m an IT graduate and data analyst who blends database management fundamentals with hands-on problem-solving from a customer-facing role. I focus on using SQL, Python, and statistical analysis to turn messy inputs into clear answers and dependable data outcomes.

In my Account Specialist role at JPMorgan Chase, I deliver high-quality customer support via chat and phone, resolve disputes accurately, and handle complaints while meeting service level agreements. I proactively document issues, improve how I respond over time by spotting performance patterns, and translate operational needs into practical solutions.

To deepen my analytics capability, I built a relational database capstone using PostgreSQL—covering data modeling, normalization, access controls, and reporting queries. I also created an independent project analyzing social media performance metrics with Excel pivot tables and R, and I’m currently expanding into data visualization with Tableau and Power BI plus cloud technologies.
