As a Computer Science Engineer, I am deeply passionate about technology, particularly in the realms of operating systems and security management within organizations. My academic journey at Universidad Católica de Honduras has equipped me with a solid foundation in computer science, and I continuously seek to expand my knowledge and skills in this ever-evolving field.

In my recent role as a Jr. Operations Solutions Engineer at Laureate SUMADI, I honed my abilities in providing technical support and managing cloud operations. I successfully created and managed dashboards using Power BI and CloudWatch, ensuring optimal application performance. My experience also includes troubleshooting and providing customer support through ticket services, where I developed strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
