I help teams turn plans into completed work. My experience spans project coordination, operations, customer facing support and executive administration, roles where success depends on keeping information clear, priorities organised and people informed.

My background in television and live events taught me how to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage changing schedules, track budgets and resolve issues under pressure. I’ve worked on productions for Netflix, Globo and Discovery, coordinated teams of 10–30 ppl and managed budgets of €50K–€300K.

These skills translate directly to remote teams: coordinating handoffs, maintaining accurate trackers, following up on outstanding tasks and giving colleagues the context they need to move forward. I’m comfortable working across different functions, handling enquiries and knowing when to solve an issue or involve the right person.

Based in Amsterdam/Greece with EU work rights, I’m seeking a remote role in project coordination, operations, customer success or team support. I’m especially interested in work where I can simplify processes, support strong working relationships and make day-to-day delivery run more smoothly.
