I’m looking for a role where I can build and scale digital learning programs end-to-end—instructional design, LMS workflows, and content production—while leading teams and improving learner and business outcomes.

I’m a Digital Learning Strategist with 6 years of experience in education technology, corporate learning & development, and digital content production. I bring an end-to-end mindset—from learning strategy and instructional design to studio coordination and quality checks.

As Head of Digital Learning, I built the digital learning arm from the ground up for classes 6 to 10 (CBSE), recruited and managed a faculty team, and directed the creation of lecture materials including slides and video scripts. I also coordinated studio recordings and oversaw post-production work like editing, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.

I’ve also led people and process initiatives as a Corporate Human Resources Manager, driving talent acquisition, onboarding streamlining, and alignment of hiring and training with business goals. Alongside this, I’ve designed dashboards and reports in Salesforce CRM, administered LMS processes (Cornerstone for Salesforce), and delivered JavaScript/React Native-focused training while mentoring new instructors.
