At AXA Mansard, I’m supporting the implementation of a new core insurance business application across product setup, quotations, policy booking, endorsements and renewals. I work with business users and technical teams to turn operational needs into requirements and improved processes.
I gathered requirements and co-designed Policy Pulse, a Power Apps solution for submitting and tracking policy booking requests. I built the solution with Power Automate and SharePoint Online, adding routing and notifications that cut request processing time by 60%.
I also redesigned the Property and Liability quotation workflow using Power Apps and Power Automate, enabling Relationship Managers to generate quotations in under two minutes. For the core insurance application, I analyzed the renewal process and supported implementation through UAT and business sign-off.
My work includes discovery, process analysis, functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as UAT coordination and implementation support. I use ChatGPT and Claude to support analysis, documentation, research and edge-case identification.
