I am an Assistant Site Engineer and Civil Engineering Technical Trainer with hands-on experience in site operations, AutoCAD drafting, TVET instruction, and customer service. I hold a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Technical Training.
In practical roles I have supported design and analysis of structural components, prepared and updated drawings using AutoCAD, and assisted project teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
As a technical trainer I prepared lesson plans, assessments, and guided students through practical sessions, adapting teaching methods to diverse learners while developing training and assessment materials.
Currently I work as a Customer Service Agent where I handle inbound and outbound inquiries, resolve client issues, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teamsāstrengthening my communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills for roles in project management and technical training.
