At Samsung Austin Semiconductor, I manage more than 1,000 bare-metal servers and maintain RHEL-based environments with 99.9% uptime.
I lead server hardware lifecycle work from procurement, rack-space and power planning through deployment, firmware upgrades, component replacement, and decommissioning. I also support enterprise SAN, NAS, GPU, networking, Kubernetes, and data center operations.
Previously, I supported New York Life Insurance and TIAA-CREF, administering Unix and Linux infrastructure, automating server provisioning, migrating servers into privileged-access-management architectures, and supporting virtualized and clustered environments.
I've helped build Samsung Foundry's Taylor, Texas greenfield data center, deploying and standardizing 500+ servers. I use Terraform, Ansible, Python, Shell, and YAML to reduce manual operational effort, and I mentor junior engineers while supporting critical 24x7 production incidents.
