I’m an experienced Linux System Engineer with five years of hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and maintaining secure, high-performance Linux environments across both on-premises infrastructure and cloud-based platforms. I take ownership of planning, installing, administering, and troubleshooting virtual and physical server environments, with an emphasis on reliability and security.

In my current role, I design and maintain Ansible playbooks to automate repetitive operational tasks, and I use Bash scripting to streamline routine system processes. I also deploy Linux on Dell hardware, manage VMware ESXi/vCenter for virtualized Linux workloads, and provision cloud capacity with AWS EC2, Elastic Load Balancing, and Auto Scaling.

I strengthen production environments through capacity planning and performance evaluation, proactive monitoring with Zabbix, and consistent patching based on vulnerability reports. I integrate with Microsoft Active Directory, apply system hardening (firewalls, sudo controls, password aging, key-based SSH), and support storage and sharing with LVM, RAID, NFS, and Samba—while documenting work in Jira/Confluence and participating in 24/7 on-call support.
