What I'm looking for
I’m an IT professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, technical support, device management, and cloud migration projects. I’m a fast learner who values strong teamwork and continuous improvement, with a clear commitment to customer support.
In internships and summer roles, I’ve supported end users and helped organizations assess migration readiness for Microsoft 365. I assisted with a data migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft Teams and configured and tested Microsoft 365 features (including WDAC) in a test environment to support customer deployments.
I’ve also done practical device enrollment and deployment work, including configuring 120 laptops with Microsoft Intune Enrollment to support teacher usage and supporting device enrollment in Intune. I bring solid troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and related services, plus repair and system optimization experience using Windows 11.
